Natural Gas Systems Equipment

The Frederick Logan Company Thermal Oxidizers provide for oxidation of Hazardous Air Pollutants (Haps) and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in industrial process streams. These pollutants are generally hydrocarbon based and when destroyed via combustion they are chemically changed to form CO2 and H2O.

Frederick Logan Company, Inc. provides complete Engineering, Manufacture  and Installation for systems that will provide specified oxidation efficiencies. System design includes: Analysis of Gas Streams, Sizing of Components, Process and Instrumentation Drawing, General Layout, Physical Footprints, Interconnecting Piping.

Thermal Oxidizer Process

A process stream is introduced into a firing box through or near the burner and enough residence time is provided to get the desired destruction removal efficiency (DRE) of the volatile organic compounds (VOCs).  FLOCO oxidizers are less capital intensive compared to thermal regenerative and catalytic oxidizers.
