CS SERIES – FOR SYSTEMS WITH MINIMAL “FREE LIQUIDS”

SINGLE – STAGE VESSEL – Separation and removal of aerosols (mist, fog & smoke) and droplets (minimal free liquids) is accomplished with reverse flow, coalescing/separation, cartridges.  The cartridges are cylindrical type with fiberglass media and are installed vertically to provide counter flow gas-liquid separation for maximum capacity and efficiency.

CSA SERIES – FOR SYSTEMS WITH “FREE LIQUIDS” FLOWING

TWO – STAGE VESSEL – The 1st stage utilizes an inlet with knock-out/sump and optional liquid level controls and dump valve to separate and discharge continuously flowing water, hydrocarbons, etc.  Above the knock-out/sump, the 2nd stage of flow is through the reverse flow, coalescing/separation, cartridges to remove aerosols.

CSB SERIES – FOR SYSTEMS SPECIFIED LIQUID LOADING

THREE – STAGE VESSEL – The 1st stage is the inlet sump and liquid level controls and dump valve. The 2nd stage is flow through a vane or mesh pad extractor.  The 3rd stage is flow through the reverse flow coalescing/separation, cartridges to remove aerosols.
